Buxton-Hollis
 Historical Society

Donations

Our museum, library, educational programs and community endeavors depend on essential, partial support from the towns of Buxton and Hollis. To raise additional funds for special projects, we sell a number of items of local historical interest, including books, pamphlets, prints of scenes of the Saco River and florals found in the Saco Valley, historic Buxton coverlets and notes cards.  Visit our Museum Store for more information.

Another area we rely on is miscellaneous donations gratefully received from members and the public. At this time, we do not charge for assistance in genealogical research, but frequently receive donations for this volunteer service.

There are several ways you can help!

Financial Gifts - tax deductible financial gifts of any size are always appreciated and help to make up a key part of our operating budget.

Volunteer Time -  Equally important is the gift of time. Our volunteers even have some fun, too!

Object or Document Donation - Donation of an object or document will assure its preservation and public access to a piece of history.

Your contribution, in any form, helps the society continue its stewardship of our local historical heritage for the citizens of Buxton and Hollis.

Thank you!
